This type of claw is supposed to be weak and its all based on skill.
You have to poke and prod items and find the sweet spots to lift and move.
I actually won a item first try, hopefully I receive it.
(Also dont skip the tutorial because these claws are different and work different from US/Canada claws)

The game does lag quite a bit. People complained about the strength of the claw. To be honest, if youve been to any game stations in Japan, the claws are just as weak. Its not really about clawing the item but rather strategize to "push" and "tilt" to win. It brought back my memories when I was in Japan.

As above, how come shipping is not free to Canada as you have advertised??
I thought this game was super cool at first tbh cause I saw the ad on Facebook, but the crane machine lags so much! The loading time takes way too long, and the crane grab itself is terrible
The game gave you 3 free trials..I tried playing one machine, the cane never moved and then the 3 free trial are gone
It super laggy cant even do anything. Once you finally log in about 20 mins later its almost impossible to find a game to play. I finally found one. And I won but I did not say I won! Very upset waste of money!
Could not even lift half the boxes for figures. What a waste.
It seemed amazing at first! Me and my brother were so exited to try to win some great stuff! But the crane is too weak to lift anything. I grabbed a hello kitty hoodie, and it should have lifted, but instead the claw just slipped off... please make the claws better at lifting things :)
