Very badass app

Even after you pay for TP, theres no free play. You have to spend both TP and Free credit in order to play a game.... hows that free plays?? The crane didnt move the way I pressed the button although I had a reliable network. However, when I watched someone else playing it, they dont have any problem with machines and they always get the prize which I believe is not real. I asked for a refund and of course they didnt answer me.

Free means free not pay for free trys. Misleading, falsely advertised, and totally not free.

I love these japanese crane games, and its neat to an app connecting to real live machines. Love it, but the plays are really expensive. I watch people play and the amount of times it take to win... sometimes its cheaper to buy the item off online store. Also the "Purchase Bonus" banner at the top is broken. Causes a pop-up that cannot be closed, and you have to close app to get out.

In order to get your 3 free plays you must make a purchase in the app. It can even be $5. Also the claw button on the phone is a little delayed but doesnt hurt anything

First of all, this app is incredibly slow. It seems like something so simple should work seamlessly since I have a stable wifi connection, but it does not. When I finally got it working, I was told MULTIPLE times that the first 3 plays would be free. At first it seemed like it was going to work, but then once I started a machine when I clicked "use this machine" it didnt work. The machine never started to play and I never got my free plays. Waste of a download, and I deleted it right away.

Please fix the app itself. It was working fine last week and now it wont even load.

At first I had a hard time with it because depending on your WiFi connection it can be laggy. They are Japanese UFO Crane Machines so they are a little more then your standard crane games, but the prizes are so much better! I have won 6 items already and am waiting for my shipment. This is an amazing app, it could use some work and I do wish the prices were less, but the prizes are so cute and mostly exclusive! I highly recommend this to anyone that loves Anime Plushies, Figurines, Etc. And also loves crane games. Im very happy with this app. <3

The three free plays are currently broken, BUT if you contact customer support, they will give them to you manually. The crane games themselves are very winnable with a bit of practice, and super addictive. Theres a lot of variety in prizes, and many more are added on a daily basis. On the rare occasion that a machine has an error, Ive never had any trouble getting a refund. I highly recommend this app, but just be aware it can get expensive really quickly.

Edit: contact customer support for your 3 free plays As opposed to the negative reviewers that have absolutely no knowledge, skill, or experience in how Japanese UFO catchers work, prizes are very much winnable. Ive had the app for 2 weeks and already won 20 items. Search #toreba on Instagram to see that people are actually able to win Please note: You will NEVER win by picking something up with a "perfect grasp". The claw is at a set strength (if it was rigged like US machines, the strength would vary). You are meant to analyze the prize along with the the playing field, then poke, prod, and pull the prizes to get into the winning chute. Prizes have different weights and textures which is also a factor. If a claw has one prong it is NOT broken. Some machines are designed to only utilize one prong instead of two. Please watch the "replay" section on Torebas website to see how prizes are won. Each prize takes anywhere from a few to many attempts to get it in the hole. You will almost never win anything on your first try unless by luck or if another player has already moved the item to a winning position. If youre curious to how UFO catcher work, I suggest watching YouTube videos of people playing them. If youre spending money on this without understanding the game, you will end up with nothing.

Do not purchase to play this its a scam. It doesnt let you move the crane far enough to get the prize and it makes you drop stay away!!!! Listen to the reviews on here this is a scam

Excellent app. They give you 3 free plays in the beginning and then you have to pay. I have won and received items from them before and they are always high quality. I Recommend this app if you love playing crane games and have a little extra money to spend.

I got my three free plays the only games I was unable to play using them was the 1800tp or higher but all the others worked and I didnt have to add money to use them. This is basically like a regular claw machine you put money in and play. Ive won 4x and received my items within 2weeks shipping is currently free once every 7days which is awesome! I love this app and my family has gotten addicted to it too. I would def recommend this to anyone.

I was playing one of the claw games around 7:50 PM on 1/30/17 and won one of the plushies from the machine (Girls Und Pazer XL Boku "Im the real jumbo size" Alice Ver.) I got the notification I had won a prize but when I went to have it shipped it wasnt there. I spent three hours trying to get it and it was a HUGE disappointment when I didnt receive my prize..... Im really upset.

This app surely functions, but the prizes positioning make these "prizes" almost unobtainable, a truly unfair game, the game tokens looks cheap but you will spend lots of the token getting nothing regardless of skill.

You do get 3 free plays! This is awesome really hard to get the cranes to actually get you what you want. They give you free play tickets, you have to reserve the game first and then select your tickets. Sometimes it will not let you depending on the game just keep looking there are games that these will work on.

I have won two prizes so far, and have received them. They are high quality prizes. It took about two to three plays to win each one. Most plays cost about $1.70-1.80. You have to purchase what is called TP...basically a point system. Every 1,000 points equals $1, but the lowest amount you can purchase is $5. Watch other players on the machines you are interested in to get an idea of the claw strength and how to move the prize around. Sometimes you can take advantage of another player moving it into a good spot, having them quit, and go in behind them to win the prize with just a few plays. Its more strategy based, so youre not just going to be able to grab the prize with the claw. You get free shipping on one prize a week, so Ive only spent about $3-4 on each prize Ive won. One was an anime figurine worth at least $20. Read tips on UFO games and learn from others mistakes so you dont end up wasting a ton of money. You CAN win these prizes without having to pay a ton, it just takes a little patience and practice.
