Please dont waste your money on this. Its just way too hard for you to not have to spend a TON of money to win. I wish I hadnt have spent so much money on this. I didnt win anything, and I thought I was being smart about which cranes I played and when. Its a REALLY great concept and I love every prize they offer but its just unrealistic. Its very very hard.

If youre a claw machine addict like myself, this game can be dangerous to your wallet. I dont have any good UFO arcades around me so this give me a good opportunity to play. And I dont have to be around anyone to do so. SCORE. Won 2 prizes already. The lag does cause a slight hang up, but the prizes are very possible to win. People saying its a rip off and the free plays dont even work, just arent playing properly and want something to complain about. It absolutely works fine, if you know what youre doing. Great prizes too! I love you Japan!

This app absolutely works. The free trials do work, but you cant wait in the reserved waiting list to use them so find an empty machine. No, its not the easiest thing or the cheapest. You actually have to watch and learn how to win things, but apparently the western world is too stupid to realize this, as you can see in the one star reviews. Use it. Its great. Get good, scrub.

The nature of this game is that you dont and cannot win every time, so idk why all the bad reviews. It is very addicting because you can stuck in a cycle of "oh, let me try this move next" and "maybe I can get it next time" with intermittent success. It can be fun to figure out how a prize can be won and then finally win it, but be careful and try to budget before going in so that you dont spend too much. Tip: spend a good amount of time to watch people play the machine with the prize you before actually attempting so you can see what does and doesnt work. 4 stars for constant machine updates and novel concept. Minus a star because sometimes the machines occasionally have lag or glitch. Btw the free plays are indeed free without needing to purchase. They only work on machines where there is no queue--presumably so toreba can put some movement on less popular machines.

Very Expensive! Cute things, but very hard to get, and its better than to actually go to the arcade, than waste money.

This game is so much fun if you pay attention to the rules. Different claw machines have different rules and those rules scroll along the bottom of the screen. People also complain that you cant reach some of the prizes but they are display prizes and it says along the bottom of the screen they can not be obtained. If people would just pay attention the would appreciate this app for what it is. I have won six prizes in the last two days and I cant wait for them to get here. Prices are a little bit more than a normal claw machine but its a small price to pay to have free shipping world wide. Overall this game is awesome and very easy to get addicted to.

Never win. Loft the prize and drops in like the claw open all the way to drop it in the same spot

Not worth your time and space on your phone

Customer service gets back to you right away which was nice but I bought TPs to play and every time I go to a machine to play it either says reserve is full and cant be added OR when i finally get a reserve I wait 20 min for my turn and then finally give up. Too many people playing and you dont get a turn. Also alot of machines are under "maintenance". So not alot of machines to choose from which is probably why its overrun with so many people playing.

It was perfectly aligned and when the claw came down it repeatedly opened so it couldnt grab the item. Total rip off.

I played the free trys didnt win anything with them... Ive played the games in person and they are very hard to win.. I won a necklace in the app and now its not giving me the option to have the prize shipped to me...

Just when you are about to get a prize, it will all of a sudden glitch so that your turn is wasted (happened to me multiple times). Claw jumps a lot and rarely would it go to the desired position due to the big delay. In addition, the claw will continue to move even when youve already RELEASED the button. If this happens, as long as the claw touches something they WILL NOT refund you. Good luck if you are trying to report the glitches because they take a couple of days (if you are lucky) for them to respond to your inquiries and most likely they will not refund you due to the "difficulty with certain prizes". Horrible customer service. Dont waste your money on this app, I promise you will spend more than what you initially wanted. Im sure you can find the prizes elsewhere for a better price than what you will spend here. Save your money.

Toreba lets you have 3 free plays on any machine when you first log on... I played the sushi run machine and won a sushi plush with one of my free plays!!! This app and toreba are so considerate to give me a free plush. All the crane games are fair and I love all of them! Thank you toreba for the amazing app and keep up the work!!!

Interesting concept but the crane control is awful and if I had to sum up how this went... BS. Basically, you have one chance to move to the right and one chance to move up to get the crane centered. Now, if the crane would stop moving to the right after I let go of the button I probably wouldnt be so upset. I wasnt expecting to win anything, however I thought it was cool and Id give it a try. However the controls are just awful, the crane isnt going to grab anything for you and you have a strong chance of winning with the crane that has the hook. The controls are still awful, but have some what of a stronger chance of winning and I use that term loosely. I wouldnt waste time with this app, controls are bogus, the crane is so loose that you wont pick up a thing and the app itself is buggy. Its already been deleted from my phone.
