As above, how come shipping is not free to Canada as you have advertised??

I thought this game was super cool at first tbh cause I saw the ad on Facebook, but the crane machine lags so much! The loading time takes way too long, and the crane grab itself is terrible

The game gave you 3 free trials..I tried playing one machine, the cane never moved and then the 3 free trial are gone

It super laggy cant even do anything. Once you finally log in about 20 mins later its almost impossible to find a game to play. I finally found one. And I won but I did not say I won! Very upset waste of money!

Could not even lift half the boxes for figures. What a waste.

It seemed amazing at first! Me and my brother were so exited to try to win some great stuff! But the crane is too weak to lift anything. I grabbed a hello kitty hoodie, and it should have lifted, but instead the claw just slipped off... please make the claws better at lifting things :)

Cameras can be laggy at times but you just have to time it properly This type of claw is supposed to be weak and its all based on skill. You have to poke and prod items and find the sweet spots to lift and move. I actually won a item first try, hopefully I receive it. (Also dont skip the tutorial because these claws are different and work different from US/Canada claws)

Crane is rigged and lags as well. You guys should know better than to make a crane that doesnt offer more than 1 move before the player slaps the button for the grab! That would avoid all these complaints.

Its super fun. If you love prize games like these then youll like this one. If you have a good connection, there isnt any lag. Many people are complaining for not winning anything. Its a game of luck and chance. Dont give bad reviews if you dont win anything.

Wasnt really all that good... the toggle switch wasnt working and it used up all of my freebies so... yeah, unless it gets updated wont play it.

It never actually teaches you how to use the controls so you have to use up all your free games and then some trying to figure it out on your own. Not worth it at all.

Just play this game with good wifi on and there are no lag issues or reservation issues. This is a great idea to connecting apps to a prize game. Dont be bitter if you lost. Its no different from the real thing. The claws are weak.

I had fun, I dont know why people rate it so low & bitching about not winning the prize. Its like real claw game, you need luck & technique.

Considering a lot of people are spending a lot of money on this game, please consider making the claws stronger. Itll make the customers happy and youll make more money :)

The game does lag quite a bit. People complained about the strength of the claw. To be honest, if youve been to any game stations in Japan, the claws are just as weak. Its not really about clawing the item but rather strategize to "push" and "tilt" to win. It brought back my memories when I was in Japan.

I really dig this! Very smooth and responsive on my IPhone 6S, not sure what other people are talking about when they mention lag. Prizes are updated all the time (with lots of variety!) and Ive already won a few things! ^^
