This is the most misleading app! One of the claws didnt even have 2 claws to pick anything up. I want my 10$ back!

This app really should get removed from the App Store. It is a scam, the game only allows you one shot to line up the claw. Not anything like a traditional claw game. The claw opens once it reaches the top. Completely frustrating, and a waste of time and money. I wasted $15 on this app thinking it was just the free trial. This review isnt fairly the true nature of the ap, it doesnt even deserve one star. Dont fall for the trap.

This is a great idea, but could definitely use some changes. It looks like it will always cost more to win a prize than it would to just buy it outright. I think this game would be very addictive if there were ways to win turns as opposed to purchasing them. They could also make the prizes more valuable or make them a little easier to win.

They say you get 3 free attempts but you cant use them unless you make a purchase first. Cool idea but thats about it.

This is the best app ever! The free trials sometimes work sometimes dont. (Ive downloaded the app with different apple IDs and device). If youre not familiar with these Japanese UFU/Crane game you would think its a scam. But NO this is exactly how they work in real life, except for the little delay because of the internet connection. (Oh come on youre controlling a claw machine from the other side of the world...) Ive played with these machines in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The claws are meant to be like that. Most of the time you cant just place the claw right on top of the prize. It wont work. The point is to find the best angle/strategy to get the prize. This is SO fun. If you dont know how it works, try watching people play and youll get that eventually. Its a bit expensive because you can hardly win in 1 play but I think its worth it. The prizes are all in good quality, authentic and in good packaging, unlike those useless junk toys and plushes we get from the claw machines in laundromats/ toys r us... Ive won 32 prizes total the past 2 months. (Yes I have spent a lot of money so if you dont want to spend any this is not the game for you). They give you free shipping once per 7 days no matter how many prizes you have won that week. Give this app a chance!

Once you sign up you get 3 free plays you DO NOT need to make a purchase to play these free credits you need to wait until the crane has 0 people playing in order for you to play. If you want to wait in line to play then you must make a purchase. Popular games will constantly have people playing so look for the less popular games to play or wait until they do maintenance on a machine and be the 1st person to play right when a new item is placed. Again there has to be 0 people playing In order for you to play your free credits. Yes some of the games have glitches and sometimes malfunction just like a video game at an arcade. If something does come up while youre playing just message the Toreba team they video record every play and can viewed on their website in your play history send them the video of the game malfunction and they will credit your account. I play this game daily Ive won over 12 items they ship free every 7 days I love this app I just think people are impatient and dont understand the game. This is not like a regular American crane game. These games actually need patience and skill. Do your research learn the game before you play.

just wish they got like a free spin on tb points once a day or and once a day logic in item. I mean ik be playing it and dollar sign keep on down. I might not play again....even thought i like japanese thing. Wish they made it better.

I initially gave this four stars because the concept is great and the games are really addicting. Ive been playing for a week and have won 8 prizes (and spent a ton of money). The first prize I won on day one has still not been shipped, so I have yet to find out myself if this company is legit and will send physical prizes out. I have also had multiple issues with the games and sent emails to the developers with no response or resolutions. They seem to have a fair amount of campaigns where theyll give you free play tickets... except you never get the tickets. Ive missed out on two now and my emails are ignored. Its pretty sad, as I do really like this game, but Im not sure if Ill continue spending so much money on a company with such poor customer service skills.

Im a huge fan of the claw machines. This is a legit and fun way to play. Ive won quite a few items. Some prizes may take a bit more effort to win but they are all possible. Like any other claw game you play, winning isnt guaranteed. Im looking forward to receiving my items. Ill follow up again with images when I get the chance. Please note that it can get pricy

its a great app to play if you like claw games, only thing its a little expensive but the prizes are worth a good penny if you can win them in 3-5 tries
